- Write your intro letter to send to your database
- Have at least 50 people with name, address, phone and email address in your database
- Contact all you’re A and W people in your phone
- Read all rental paperwork (right to represent tenant, rights and responsibilities, right to represent landlord, lease). Come Friday prepared with questions.
- Prepare rental CMA for your personal home and email it to me.
