Stasha has called Loudoun County home for over five years, bringing with her a strong sense of community and a heart for helping others. With a career background in public service, she is known for her integrity, clear communication, and ability to guide clients through the buying and selling process with both professionalism and genuine care. Her understanding of home construction, building materials, and systems gives clients the advantage of informed decision-making at every stage of the process, while her step-by-step approach ensures no detail is overlooked.
Stasha is also the founder of The Orion Circle, a nonprofit supporting children with autism through inclusive camps, therapy access, and sensory-friendly events. Her passion for creating spaces where people feel welcome and valued translates directly into her real estate work, where finding the perfect home is about more than walls and square footage. It’s about community, comfort, and connection. Stasha is committed to closely monitoring the national and local real estate markets and using that knowledge to help clients set goals and envision their future as homeowners.
Outside of real estate, Stasha loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and son, exploring new restaurants, and engaging in local events. She enjoys listening to podcasts and audiobooks, and she once completed the Marine Corps Marathon with minimal training, an experience that reminded her of the power of perseverance and mental strength. Most importantly, Stasha values her close-knit circle of family and friends, and she brings that same dedication to building lasting relationships with her clients.
