Richard comes to the Dwellus team from a hospitality background. Growing up just outside of Lake Placid NY, he was born with hospitality is in his blood. He has been a top 1% sales producer for the world’s largest hospitality company for multiple years. His ability to listen and understand a client’s needs, and passion for negotiation, help him to thrive as a Realtor. With over 10+ years of experience in real estate, Richard has taken lessons learned in the hospitality industry and applied those to his practice. He prides himself on speed to market. Richard’s ability to react quickly to clients’ needs has led to multiple success stories.
When he is not helping his clients, Richard loves spending time with his wife, Rajni and two daughters, Leela and Taj. Richard is an avid golfer and skier and enjoys spending time traveling.
