Lindsay Broadwater brings vast knowledge to the real estate front, being born and raised in Northern Virginia. She grew up on her family farm, surrounded by horses, riding from a young age and developing a lifelong love for the equestrian lifestyle. While she has a special connection to Middleburg, Marshall, The Plains, and the surrounding countryside, her passion for real estate extends to helping clients find the right home and property, wherever that may be.
Before transitioning into residential real estate, Lindsay gained valuable experience in commercial real estate and property management, working alongside her father-in-law for his family business. Her background strengthened her skills in property operations, organization, communication, problem solving, and attention to detail. She brings a practical perspective to real estate, understanding the importance of maintaining a property, recognizing its potential, and considering both the immediate and long-term aspects of ownership.
Known for her approachable nature, compassion, and genuine desire to help others, Lindsay is committed to making every client feel heard and supported. Her passion for interior design and meticulous eye for detail also allow her to help clients envision a home’s full potential.
Outside of real estate, Lindsay is a wife and a mom to two beautiful girls. She is also a mom to two wonderful rescue fur babies! In her free time, you can catch her at the gym, spending time with her family, watching her girls dance, trying new restaurants and singing! Fun fact- She used to sing in a small a cappella group in high school at Mercersburg Academy.
Her goal is very simple: to make the real estate experience feel personal, thoughtful, and exciting, while helping each client find a place that truly feels like home. She can’t wait to hear from you!
