Born and raised in Loudoun County, Jessica has called Northern Virginia home since 1986. As a native resident, her expertise helps home buyers navigate the best areas to plant new roots across the DMV.
Jessica has a 15-year background in real estate, hospitality, hotel, coworking, commercial and retail development, asset and project management. Through building relationships with investors and managing multiple capital renovation projects from $5,000 to $20MM, she has learned the ins and outs of what it takes to earn first-class customer satisfaction, how to cultivate long-term relationships and most importantly build trust.
Jessica enjoys the fast-paced, ever evolving nature of the real estate industry as every day presents fresh faces, different challenges, and new opportunities. She has a keen taste for design and a sharp eye for detail.
Recognizing and responding to change has been the cornerstone to her success in adding value to assets by improving the bones of the people they serve. Jessica has a deep knowledge of all things Northern Virginia and enjoys working with a broad range of clients.
With a passion for philanthropy, Jessica raised $170,000 for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society within 10-weeks and was ultimately awarded the title Woman of the Year. She became part of the leadership team and continues to fundraise for LLS amongst several other organizations.
Outside of real estate, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, having fun, being creative, listening to music, dancing, traveling, has an affinity for health and wellness, leading an active lifestyle, practicing mindfulness and meditation, the outdoors, concerts, fashion, or just simply cuddling up and watching a movie.
