Growing the team alongside Ryan to over $100 million in annual production, with her vision of creating the greatest real estate team in the DC Metro area drives her focus on efficient systems, amazing client events, charity work and encouraging coaching for team members. She loves watching team members unlock their potential and reach goals only once dreamed of. For 19 years, Hailey has been providing exemplary services to clients in the DC Metro area. Hailey has lived in VA for 32 years and has broad expertise across VA, MD, and DC. She graduated from JMU with a Bachelor’s in Marketing with a concentration in European Business. Her experiences abroad have helped shape her business acumen and made her even more relatable to a diverse clientele. Hailey lives in Haymarket with her husband and sons and they truly take advantage of living life to the fullest, whether it’s travel, hiking, visiting local vineyards, sports, or just enjoying a lazy day in Dominion Valley.
