Samantha graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a degree in Communication and a minor in Business. Prior to real estate, she spent over seven years in government contracting as a market researcher, giving her a data-informed approach and the ability to provide thoughtful insights and strategy throughout each transaction.
She believes real estate is more than just a transaction and focuses on building lasting relationships with her clients. From the first conversation through closing, Samantha is dedicated to making sure her clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their decisions.
Outside of real estate, she enjoys going to concerts, exploring new spots around Northern Virginia, spending time with friends and family, and being a dog mom to her two pups.
