Born in South America, but having grown up in Northern Virginia, Carina is a fluent Spanish speaker, using her expertise and knowledge of the area when helping you with your real estate needs.
Prior to her career in real estate, she ran her family business in home improvement and masonry for 10 years. She also has spent nearly two decades as a healthcare professional. These past career experiences further enriched her knowledge of the home industry and she was consistently recognized for her detail-oriented customer service with strict attention to the well-being of her patients and customers. This background, in combination with her team-oriented approach and high level of enthusiasm, translates directly into substantial benefits for her clients in real estate.
More than anything else, Carina likes to make an impact in people’s lives. She has a strong work ethic and very much enjoys the relationship-building aspect of the work that she does. Carina believes a good real estate agent is in large part an educator. She uses her passion to educate her clients on different real estate strategies as an impactful part of the client experience.
She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree with a major in Dental Hygiene, which has given her a passion for educating and giving back. With deep roots in the community, she has been involved with numerous activities (religious/church and sports, coaching her children as they were growing up) and volunteered extensively, with such organizations as Give Kids a Smile, Mission of Mercy, and The Child Wellness Festival-Health Fair.
During her free time she enjoys it spending time with her two sons, husband, and GSD. Her interests include running, reading, and traveling.
