Please join Roxanne Winfrey for the second Heritage Hunt Home Tour, this event focusing on superior renovations within the community. I will be showcasing a wide variety of renovation work throughout the Heritage Hunt neighborhood. This tour will provide you with opportunity to explore newly renovated homes, both villas and single family. General contractors, and design experts will be available to discuss your renovations needs. Seeing what others have completed will allow you to visual different architectural styles and trends. Each home offers a glimpse into the homeowners’ personal style using color and design. While in the community take the time to explore the Heritage Hunt’s amenities, which includes an 18-hole Arthur Hills designed golf course, spectacular new fitness facility, tennis and pickleball courts, and 5 bocce courts located in the front of the Marsh Mansion. Whether you are a design enthusiast, a prospective homeowner or simply looking for inspiration, this tour promises to be a delightful and informative way to spend your afternoon. Once registered, your will receive a confirmation email. The tour will begin at my home, 6720 Buglecall Place.
