Ryan started his real estate career shortly after graduating from the University of Virginia.  Whether it be working with clients or mentoring realtors, his success is deeply rooted in his passion for serving people.  In 2007, Ryan was recognized as one of Realtor Magazine’s “30 under 30”, a national honor given to 30 of the top real estate professionals under the age of 30.  He was cast on HGTV’s House Hunters and has been featured in Outfront Magazine, REALTOR Magazine, and NOVA Real Producers Magazine.  Ryan recently received the honor of Loudoun Business 40 Under 40, Loudoun 100 – Making a Positive Impact in the Community, and Virginia’s 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents.

In 2012, Ryan started the award-winning Dwellus brand.  Their innovative marketing strategy and commitment to excellence has propelled them to one of the top teams in the country.  Dwellus is recognized as Washingtonian’s Best and the Wall Street Journal Real Trends “America’s Best” real estate teams in Virginia.

Ryan believes in giving back.  Through Dwellus Gives, his team hosts charity golf tournaments and other benefits on behalf of the DC Dream Center, Wholehearted Foundation, Childhood Brain Tumor Foundation, Children’s National Medical Center, This is My Brave, and Generosity Feeds.  Captain Dwellus, their charitable superhero, continues to get involved with more great causes! Over the years, Dwellus has raised almost $500,000 towards local charities.

Ryan lives by the expression “work hard, play hard.”  In his spare time, you’ll see him on the golf course, wakeboarding at the lake, coaching youth baseball and basketball, and enjoying time with his three boys!

Ryan holds his Associate Broker’s License, as well as his Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Global Property Specialist (GPS), Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certificate of Internet Professionalism (e-PRO), and Certified New Homes Sales Professional (CSP) designations. Ryan is also a Lifetime Member of the NVAR Top Producer Club.
