His success is deeply rooted in his passion for serving people and his unparalleled knowledge and analysis of the local market. In 2007, Ryan was recognized as one of Realtor Magazine’s “30 under 30”, a national honor given to 30 of the top real estate professionals under the age of 30. He is ranked in the Top 1% of residential sales in North America by Realty Alliance and has earned the title of Lifetime Member of the NVAR Top Producer Club. Ryan was recently honored as Virginia’s 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents by Real Estate Executive magazine.
Born and raised in Northern Virginia and an alumnus of the University of Virginia, Ryan started his real estate career shortly after graduating college. Ryan holds his Associate Broker’s License in VA and DC, as well as his Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Global Property Specialist (GPS), Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certificate of Internet Professionalism (e-PRO), and Certified New Homes Sales Professional (CSP) designations. Ryan has been featured in Outfront Magazine, REALTOR Magazine, and NVAR’s Update Magazine. He was cast on HGTV’s House Hunters and was also interviewed by Inman 100′s, Kelly Mitchell, of Agent Caffeine.
In 2012, Ryan joined Keller Williams Realty and started the award-winning DWELLUS brand. The Dwellus Group’s innovative marketing strategy and commitment to excellence has propelled them to one of the top teams in the country. Dwellus was recognized in the Wall Street Journal Real Trends “The Thousand” for sales volume and Ryan has been invited by Gary Keller to speak at Mega Camp and Family Reunion sharing the Dwellus Group marketing strategies with 25,000+ agents. Ryan also shared his insights at Hear It Direct, an event designed to hear the unfiltered voice of the real estate consumer.
Ryan believes in giving back. Through Dwellus Gives, he hosts charity golf tournaments and benefits on behalf of the DC Dream Center and the Southeast White House mentorship programs, as well as bringing awareness to other organizations like the Wholehearted Foundation, Childhood Brain Tumor Foundation, Children’s National Medical Center, This is My Brave, and Generosity Feeds. Captain Dwellus, a charitable superhero, continues to get involved with more and more great causes.
Ryan lives by the expression “work hard, play hard.” In his spare time, you’ll see him on the golf course, wakeboarding at the lake, coaching youth baseball, and enjoying time with his family (he has 3 young boys that keep him busy)!
