After graduating from Virginia Tech in 1997 with a BS in Political Science, Janet found her true calling in Real Estate in very short order. With less than 2 years in the business, Janet was recognized as a Top Producer by the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR), was ranked in the Top 1% of residential sales in North America by Realty Alliance and is recognized as a Lifetime Member of the NVAR Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club.
In 2012, Janet co-founded the award-winning “Dwellus” brand, and in 2015, realized her vision of creating Dwellus Luxury Homes International which was credited by The Washington Post for selling the 2nd highest priced home in the State of Virginia. Dwellus continues to lead the industry today coming in at #5 in Large Teams by the Wall Street Journal Real Trends “The Thousand” and “America’s Best” in 2022.
In Janet’s unremitting pursuit for professional growth, in 2016 Janet was given the opportunity to become CEO and Team Leader of the #1 Brokerage in Loudoun County and was appointed Director of Growth & Business Development for The Virginia Alliance Group at Keller Williams Realty in 2020. In these roles, Janet was able to fulfill her passion of coaching and training and growing an organization of 1300+ agents in Northern Virginia and Richmond.
In 2022, Janet made the move to REAL Broker where she has played an integral role as a growth leader and community builder for the fastest growing publicly traded real estate company in the U.S.
In spite of her busy career, Janet’s core belief is based on the motto: God, Family, Business – in that order. She is a wife, mother of five, serves at her beloved Community Church in Ashburn, Virginia and serves on the Board of Directors of The Faithful Agent, a Christian organization with a mission of supporting agents in growing their business and faith concurrently to fulfill their greater purpose.
