When it came time to sell the family house, it was a very emotional experience. Meg was very patient and extremely helpful. The house needed to be updated in order to have a chance at settling for as much as possible. She provided a contractor who was able to do the majority of the work. He did the usual--replace carpeting, refinish the hardwood floors, and repaint out the interior, but he came back to repair the flooding in the basement that occurred after torrential rains.
