Neil Evans

Shortly after earning a law degree from Washington & Lee University, Neil and his family moved to Fairfax County. For the last twenty-five years, they have called Reston home. Neil spent five years working in Washington, DC as legislative counsel to a national non-profit organization before joining his wife Kristina in their real estate practice. Together, Kristina and Neil have 44 years experience helping clients buy, sell and rent homes throughout Virginia, Maryland & DC. While the majority of his work is in Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington and Montgomery Counties, Neil has helped clients buy and sell homes from Fredericksburg to Lovettsville to Prince George's County. Neil has represented clients who are buying their first home, those buying retirement property and everything in between. He has successfully represented clients in the one hundred thousand dollar range and those purchasing and selling million dollar properties.
