Kristina first moved to Northern Virginia as an intern with the University of Utah, Hinckley School of Politics, from which she graduated with a B.S. in Political Science and English. In 1997, Kristina relocated permanently to the Washington, DC metropolitan area and enjoys the incredible opportunities that living here afford her family. Now, a twenty-five year licensed real estate consultant and resident of Reston, Kristina has built a thriving real estate practice and is an active member of her community.
Recognized by the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors for her consistency as a multi-million dollar sales consultant and for being among the top 5% of real estate consultant nationwide. Kristina reaches the goals she sets for herself and her clients. She understands the importance of bringing parties together to achieve mutually beneficial solutions and attributes successful business development to her ability to consistently develop, drive, and close business transactions. She has the ability to predict unforeseen problems in a negotiation and resolve them proactively while saving time, cutting costs and ensuring consistent client care.
Fundamental to establishing a strong real estate practice is in making sure that her clients are well educated and fully aware of the market conditions that exist in buying and selling real estate investments. When clients are confident, their real estate transactions have favorable outcomes.
Kristina specializes in luxury home sales in Northern Virginia to include Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington counties, and the cities of Falls Church and Alexandria. She recently has expanded her consulting to include the growing market of international real estate investments.
