The Smithsonian Folklife Festival is an event that people living in DC Metro Area homes look forward to every year. The themes this year are Hungarian Heritage: Roots to Revival; One World, Many Voices: Endangered Languages and Cultural Heritage; and Will to Adorn: African American Identity and the Aesthetics of Dress. The Folklife Festival will run from June 26th through 30th and July 3rd through 7th and will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Admission is free!
