Robert E. Simon’s vision for Reston was for it to be a place that focused on community and the dignity of each individual. The Reston Project was founded on this principle. We specialize in helping homeowners realize the potential of their investment, in the context of community and pride.

Our mission is to help homeowners develop a game plan prior to listing their home based on current equity, consumer trends, and a thorough market analysis. This is a streamlined process and it helps sellers who have lived in their home for many years tackle deferred maintenance, remove the clutter, and do everything from minor to major remodeling projects prior to selling, in order to maximize the return on the investment. Selling a home can seem daunting but engaging our team early in the process may actually help eliminate some unnecessary costs and stresses that come with listing your home. Our mission is to do all of this, with compassion, care, and a love for the Reston community.

Few things are more important to successfully selling one’s home than finding the right real estate agent — one with a customer-centric focus, deep knowledge and experience in the local market, a creative marketing vision, and the skills to execute a business-savvy plan. Meg Marsh has all of these attributes, as well as a calm and engaging manner, and attention to the details which makes selling a house a dream. No kidding! She sold my house in 4 days, at full asking price, and advised me every step of the way through closing, while helping me to find my new dream house. I would not hesitate to recommend her. She is fabulous.

Beacon Place (Reston, VA)

When it came time to sell the family house, it was a very emotional experience. Meg was very patient and extremely helpful. The house needed to be updated in order to have a chance at settling for as much as possible. She provided a contractor who was able to do the majority of the work. He did the usual--replace carpeting, refinish the hardwood floors, and repaint out the interior, but he came back to repair the flooding in the basement that occurred after torrential rains. Meg and the people with whom she has experience made the process as easy as possible. Thank you.

Meg helped our family select a home in Reston based on what we were used to and looking to keep from our previous more urban lifestyle, like walk ability to restaurants and retail & quick access to public transit and highways. Once we selected Reston, she showed us the neighborhoods that met those criteria along with great schools, neighborhoods, and a home with additional square footage and backyard. Once we got our home, Meg continued to make us feel welcome to Reston by introducing us to great restaurants, local fitness options, and highly recommended babysitting services. Meg made us feel comfortable with the decision to buy in Reston and we are loving it.

Quail Ridge Drive (Reston,VA)

We met Meg through a mutual friend and instantly felt that she was the agent for us! She is patient, savvy, and able to calm the nerves of the most anxiety ridden buyer/seller (my husband). She sold our home in record time and utilized her fantastic marketing team to make our home look absolutely perfect. Meg turned right around and helped us buy our dream home and really advocated for us in the process. She also has a ready arsenal of any professional you might need to sell your home, or buy a new one. She set us up with a contractor to fix minor items from our inspection and provided a great inspector for the new house. We greatly appreciate Meg for her guidance and support and would definitely hire her again to sell our home and/or buy a new one.

Hollow Timber and Hampton Point (Reston,VA)

Meg and her team were amazing to work with throughout our Reston forever home purchase experience. No matter the time or the numerous questions we had Meg responded promptly. Her extensive knowledge and connections in the area helped us find our beautiful home. We have referred her to many of our friends and family because we know they will be in great hands. Thanks Meg and Team for a great purchasing experience.
