After graduating from Virginia Tech in 1997 with a BS in Political Science, Janet decided to make Virginia home and in very short order found her true calling in Real Estate. With an uncanny ability to relate to people with diverse backgrounds and budgets, her list of clients grew quickly and organically. In 2001, with less than 2 years in the business, Janet was recognized as a Top Producer by the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR), ranked in the Top 1% of residential sales in North America by Realty Alliance and is recognized as a Lifetime Member of the NVAR Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club.

In 2012, Janet joined Keller Williams Realty and co-founded the award-winning “Dwellus” brand. The Dwellus Group quickly grew to be one of the top teams in the nation and within 18 months of its’ launch, was ranked in the Top 25 nationally within Keller Williams Realty and was recognized in the Wall Street Journal Real Trends “The Thousand” for sales volume. By 2014, Janet fulfilled her vision of creating Dwellus’ Luxury Homes International Division. In that same year, Janet was credited by The Washington Post with selling the 2nd most expensive home in the State of Virginia and co-authored a New York Times best-selling book, Luxury Home Selling Mastery.

In her unremitting pursuit for professional growth, in 2016 Janet was given the opportunity to become CEO and Team Leader of the #1 Brokerage in Loudoun County, Keller Williams Realty Loudoun Gateway. In this role, she is able to fulfill her passion for coaching and training real estate agents while continuing to focus on the organizational management, business development and customer experience at Dwellus.

In spite of her busy career, Janet believes strongly in the motto God, Family, Business – in that order. She is a wife and the mother of five remarkable children in Leesburg, Virginia. In her “spare” time, you will find her juggling school activities, attending sporting and dance events and lots of cheer competitions!
