We came to name this property the Gatsby House and the marketing plan was born. Professional models and actors were hired for a lifestyle video, the home was beautifully staged, and we put this $7M listing in front of every possible buyer around the globe with a state-of-the-art online presence. In less than 2 months, we closed with an all cash international buyer.
